Teresa Celaya-Garner

Chief Financial Officer

Teresa Celaya-Garner joined Southwest Network in June 2022 as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this capacity, she is responsible for prudent management of our operating budget and oversees accounting, payroll, and claims and billing. She also collaborates with the rest of our Executive Leadership Team to ensure attainment of our strategic and business continuity plans.

Teresa brings more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was CFO at an area non-profit where she directed activities for Accounting, IT, Claims, and Human Resources departments. She has also held roles as Director of Finance for another non-profit and as Accounting Manager and Finance Director of a Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA).

Teresa earned a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University. She held credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from 1998 to 2013.
