| The Southwest Network The Southwest Network is an integrated network of children's behavioral health agencies. These agencies provide a full continuum of outpatient services and supports for children and families of Maricopa County. This delivery model is needs and strength based, family centered and driven, and collaborative with other child serving state agencies.
