If you would like to receive behavioral health services or enroll your child or adolescent for services, please call us 602.304.0014. We’ll get you in as quickly as possible.
We accept insurance coverage through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS/Medicaid), most AHCCCS Complete Care plans, Medicare or private insurance, and we will work with you if you don’t have insurance.
