About Us

Southwest Network provides behavioral health services to infants, children, adolescents and adults, partnering with them, their caregivers and families to help them overcome the obstacles they face to live their best lives possible.

We take an integrated approach, caring for both the mind and body for total health and wellness.

We listen carefully to learn about symptoms and challenges, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide expert services and proven programs to help each individual in our care realize goals, ambitions, and a brighter future.

Each individual is treated with respect and dignity by a compassionate, dedicated and knowledgeable team of professionals. They find solutions to problems, locate needed resources, and provide support and encouragement. They do whatever is needed for those in their care.

Services for children and adolescents are provided from three regional offices and five offices co-located with the Arizona Department of Child Safety. Services for adults are provided at seven clinics, including two integrated health homes that offer primary care services in coordination with behavioral health services. All services are provided in a manner that is responsive to diverse cultural beliefs, practices and preferred languages.

Southwest Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. As the largest provider network organization in Maricopa County (Phoenix), Arizona and one of the largest community behavioral health providers in the U.S., Southwest Network is able to provide extensive and robust programs and services. We continually seek to ensure their quality by providing comprehensive oversight and support from internal quality assurance, training, human resources, information technology, risk management, communications, and accounting departments.
