Become Self Sufficient Through Recovery
For adults with behavioral or mental illness diagnoses, there is help,
and there is hope for recovery. You can and will get better. Here's
what we at Southwest Network believe:
- It's important for you to be a part of your community. We help you
identify a role for yourself and connect with your community.
- Employment is possible, and we offer rehabilitation services to
help you prepare for work.
- Sometimes the stresses of every day life get in the way of
recovery. So, in addition to psychiatric care, we help solve
challenges such as homelessness, substance abuse, or
involvement with the judicial system.
- Physical health is as important as mental health. We can
coordinate with physicians and other health providers, and
coordinate transportation and other services to assist you in
accessing comprehensive health care services.
Southwest Network works with community agencies and other
providers to offer a variety of services, including:
- Psychiatry, medication and therapy
- Acute and supportive case management
- Peer and/or family support
- Rehabilitation services
- Transportation assistance
- Community integration and support
At Southwest Network, the focus is always on recovery and becoming
self sufficient. We help you use your own unique strengths, cultural
heritage and self determination to get better, and to live the life you dream of.
