The Southwest Network is a non-profit 501(c)3 membership corporation. The Network is a partnership of behavioral health providers assembled to combine their collective resources and talents in order to establish a comprehensive and integrated behavioral health service delivery system. Some of the professionals working each day to have an impact on the lives of individuals in our community include: Case Managers: These individuals facilitate the strategic planning process for assigned children and families. As a member of the Child and Family team, these individuals are critical to the successful partnership between the members of this support system. Parent Partner: These individuals draw on their own experience to mentor and provide peer to peer support and intervention to parents of children and youth who are receiving services from Southwest Network. These professionals perform the role of assisting family members achieve stated goals, deliver interventions/activities that build on strengths to achieve outcomes as well as collaborate with other individuals involved in the child and family team. This position is field based and requires travel throughout the Phoenix area.Team Leader: As a critical member to the Southwest Network management team, these leaders provide oversight and supervision of assigned case management and other staff. They also make use of formal and community supports on behalf of assigned children and families. These individual also perform supervisory administrative tasks in conformance with agency procedures. develop programs and services, expanding continuum of services, where needed, in collaboration with clinical team members.
